OSMEAR is a quarterly school report composed of the following sheets: (1) MOOE, (2) PSF from PTA, (3) Donations from NGO, (4) Unaccomplished Outputs, (5) Value Added Outputs, (6) CIGPs and Proposed Solution, (7) Best Practices, (8) Lessons Learned, (9) TA Received, and (10) Learners Performance.
